Teacher Toolbox

Terms of Use

Effective date: November 2, 2026 · The Korean version is the original; this English version is provided for convenience.

1. Purpose

These terms set out the rules for using Teacher Toolbox (“the app”), provided by its developer, 박정우 (“the developer”).

By clicking “Agree and start” when you first run the app, you agree to these terms.

2. Free of charge, with ads

The app is free, with no sign-up or payment.

An ad may be shown for about 5 seconds when the app starts.

Each advertiser is responsible for its ad; clicking an ad opens the advertiser's page in your default web browser.

3. YouTube features

The app's YouTube mini player uses YouTube API Services.

By using the YouTube features of the app, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

The Google Privacy Policy applies to the YouTube features.

To follow YouTube's policies, the app pauses the video when its window is hidden or minimized, and never skips or covers YouTube ads.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Rights

The developer owns the rights to the app and the images, text and code in it.

Notes and drawings you make are yours and are stored only on your computer.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided free of charge and “as is”; the developer works to keep it running without errors.

Except in cases of the developer's intent or gross negligence, liability for damage arising from use of the free app is limited.

Problems caused by outages or changes of other companies' services such as YouTube, GitHub or Cloudflare are governed by those companies' terms.

7. Changes and discontinuation

The developer may change features and release updates, and the app updates itself at launch.

If the app has to be discontinued, we will announce it on this site in advance.

8. Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page 7 days before they take effect.

If something important changes, the app will ask for your agreement again at launch.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the court determined under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
